Printed Apparel
For most of our products we utilize DTF (Direct to Film) printing technology. This allows us incredible detail and a lot of freedom of colour. We can do full colour graphics, including gradients. This allows us very small minimum orders with no additional charges based on colours used. In some cases, for larger quantity single colours orders, we have the option of selecting screen printed Plastisol transfers.
DTF printing is ideal for vibrant, full-color designs on dark fabrics and offers a cost-effective solution for small runs. Meanwhile, screen printing excels in large-scale production, making it the preferred choice for simpler designs in high volumes due to its scalability and lower cost per unit.
If your project involves intricate, multi-color designs or smaller quantities, DTF is the way to go. For bold, single- or limited-color designs in large batches, screen printed transfer are the better option.
All custom apparel requires the proper care to achieve long life and maintain the vibrancy of your apparel. Follow these simple steps to get the best value from your custom gear.
-Machine Wash Inside Out on the gentle cycle, use cool water and a gentle detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
-Tumbler inside out, low temp or hang dry.
-If your garment requires ironing, we recommend a very light steam from the inside. You may also lightly iron your garment inside out. Do not steam or iron directly on your custom graphics.
We do not have minimum order requirements for custom printed tees and hoodies. Our custom hats and workwear do have minimum order requirements, please contact us for more info.
DTF prints work on cotton, polyester, blends, and denim, making them more versatile than some other printing methods. DTF prints can be applied to any colour of apparel, light or dark.
Custom Engraving
We use several commercial scale Co2 lasers as well as a state of the art 3D UV laser.
We can engrave acrylic, glass, coated or anodized metal, leather, stone, and coated tumblers and pens, among other materials. Some plastics and painted surfaces can also be engraved.
No, laser engraving is permanent and won’t fade or peel like printed designs. However, wear and tear on certain materials (like leather) may change the appearance over time.
Since laser engraving involves the removal of material, it creates a monochrome effect. We cannot provide different colours or shading on engraved items.
We do not have minimum order requirements for custom engrave tumblers. Most other items do have minimum orders. Contact us for more information on minimum order sizes.
